How do I update customer comments with regards to my phone fault?
My phone was displaying the message "check your phone line", on checking, I had no dialling tone and am unable to use my phone. The fault is reported but in the email I received to confirm it says I can update my comments. I have since tried another phone, a neighbour's phone and the test connection and still no phone line but I cannot see how to update the information I have given about the fault! Fault was reported at 14:30 on 30/07/14 and I have a promise BT will get back to me within 24hrs. 45 minutes to go, I'd better not hold my breath!
