How to escalate a complaint for broken phone line?
It's been over a month now of no phone and no broadband. I get updates but to be honest I think it's just lies. I see no engineers working.
It's really difficult as my wife is an on call Doctor and I'm work on call for the ambulance service.
I've tried explaining but I'm getting nowhere through the website and phoning. Our mobile service broke last night and I couldn't be called. There was an emergency and my colleague had to bang on my window.
