ISDN Removal

I'd like remove an old, unused ISDN box from my sitting room. It's currently sited on the wall with a cable running into the main phone socket.  Does BT provide a removal service, and if so so, how much would this cost?

Re: ISDN Removal

Welcome to this user forum.

Openreach would remove it for you. Are you a BT Residential or BT Business customer.

Thanks for the quick reply.  I'm a BT Residential customer.

Re: ISDN Removal

You would have to ask BT to arrange a visit to remove it. There would be a charge, possibly the standard £130 charge.

I can see this causing confusion with the helpdesk Smiley Wink

I have asked a moderator to provide assistance, they will post an invite on this thread.
They are the only BT employees on this forum, and are based in the UK.

Re: ISDN Removal

It may take a week or so, but hopefully you should get exactly what you want.
