This is my first post so I hope I have selected the correct board.
Over recent months and now with increasing frequency some callers are being intercepted and asked for their name in the same manner as the Call Guardian service. This is a service we do not have!! Most of the intercepted calls are local.
We have BT Call Protect and have the following options selected (on the My BT callprotect/settings webpage) :-
Selected the BT Blacklist
Selected withheld numbers - this is so that we can receive calls from the doctors and Hospital
Not selected Unrecognised numbers
Any help to resolve this issue would be greatly appreciated
