My landline had been crackling for two weeks now and is useless. My broadband is constantly cut off. At the end of my drive is a hole with barriers round. I am told an engineer is not available until 7th July. Why? I am supposed to be vulnerable, but does anyone at BT care?
That would be the normal repair time for residential customers, assuming you reported it today, unless you are registered under the Priority Care Scheme.
What date did you report the fault?
22nd June. I have three men calling, lots of promises, but still can't use phone.
I was registered under Specialist Care Unit and given a phone number last time this happened. But this number didn't work.
I have asked a moderator to provide assistance, they will post an invite on this thread.
They are the only BT employees on this forum, and are based in the UK.
Has said hole been dug by Openreach for you or someone else whose reported a fault?
Just for me. Still dead and broadband intermittent.
