Landlind

Hi I'm join bt from vodafone 2months ago the problem I have is I can't receive call I can dial the phone but not receive call I call an engineer he check and line is fine I ring bt they can't find any fault some one can help with this thanx

When you ring out it is your number people see on their caller display right?

If so it sounds like a Number Portability Issue.

@Saudajuned71 welcome to the community and thanks for posting, I'm really sorry that you can't receive calls after moving to BT. When you transferred to BT did you keep the same number that you had when you were with Vodafone?

What number does it say your line is when you dial 17070? Is it the number you are expecting?
