you just want a standard renumber do not mention porting
I called customer services today and requested for standard renumber. They put on hold for 15 mins and said I will receive a email with 3 to 5 working days. Is that correct? I noticed all my previous order have been cancelled.
Please advise further.
Previously you kept asking to port a number which was never going to happen. This time it is a straightforward renumber. Check your MYBT orders
