Hi @Najum,

Thanks for posting. Your best bet would be to contact customer services on 0800 800 150 and ask for a standard renumber, if that's what you want. They can place the order in minutes and it would close within 24 hours.

Hi @imjolly 

I called customer services today and requested for standard renumber. They put on hold for 15 mins and said I will receive a email with 3 to 5 working days. Is that correct?  I noticed all my previous order have been cancelled.

Please advise further.

Previously you kept asking to port a number which was never going to happen.  This time it is a straightforward renumber. Check your MYBT orders

I checked MYBT now 3 previous order status complete and closed. No open Order.

I called yesterday and request for standard renumber. I have been told it takes 3 working days and no open order from 10/11/20 and closed with 24 hours.   Kindly advise me further.
