Landline/fault Tracker problem

My mum's landline has been down for 24 hours. I went through the fault checker it said a fault has been found outside the home and that it would be fixed before the 16th. I'm concerned as suddenly on the fault tracker it says there are no faults to display for this account!!

My mum is a pensioner who has been waiting for an important call which she's probably already missed.
