Landline fault

OK so I reported a fault (no dial tone) online, got a ref and said it would be fixed in 4 days, today got text saying its fixed but it isn't, when I track the fault it says We need you to check your service to check to confirm that everything is now OK. If it's not, please get in touch. Its not fixed never was  I am not hanging on a call waiting on my mobile which costs me (obviously I can't use the landline) how do I tell BT it isn't fixed or even if it was how do I confirm there is nowhere online and the contact us is just a number (no chat).

Is the number not part of your free mobile calls and 0800 calls are free
