Now our landline went down right in the middle of my wife's work conference call & we now have a Line Cord Error.
The BT Troubleshooter for landline fault has been stuck at 99% for 20 minutes.
0800800150 just terminates the call with "we're busy".
Is the whole of BT in some form of terminal incompetence spiral?
How can I report a landline fault, if both systems for doing so aren't working?
