Line Rental Saver problems

I've been trying to renew Line Rental Saver and Caller-ID but every time I enter my landline number & postcode I get "We're sorry, our records show that there is an outstanding order on this line" (which there isn't). I rang the number displayed (0800 672 476) but somebody who sounded quite disinterested told me to ring 0800 100 400 and ask for "Customer Service". I did this and was then asked to ring 150, where I was put on hold for 20+ minutes so I gave up. Can someone help ? It seems quite difficult to give BT my money.

Hi @notlob Sounds like there is an order that needs closed or cancelled on your account before you can set up the LRS and Caller ID. 

 

Chat with our orders team here  and they'll be able to fix things for you.
