Will be moving house next week (earlier than expected) trying to contact BT to get the ball rolling.
I don't expect it to be sorted by then as short time scale, but can't even get through.

0800 800 150 selecting option 3 - but obviously there is no option 3 as you have to say what you are phoning for.
tried 3 times so far gave up after 20 minutes each time.

I did IMJ - thats what told me to ring the number.
