My post code is incorrect and blocking my line being taken over

I want to move provider and they can't create an order to take over the line as there's a typo in my post code at open reach. What do I do to get this updated quickly?

Ask your new provider to raise an ORDI (Openreach Data Integrity), typically only takes a few days.
Your other option would be to have a new line installed, that would mean losing your current phone number, it's possible to retrieve later on but no guarantees.

If your number is important then see about resolving the issue that's making you want to leave, cost etc
