On Monday 14th Oct, BT were changing are line over to cloud voice express (something they wanted us to do) but it went horribly wrong! Some idiot cancelled it by mistake part way through, & has now left us with no phone.
We run a village pub with a food offering which we rely on but no one can get hold of us to book and now rumors are spreading like wild fire that we are closing. All because the phone has been cut off! We have gone from being fully booked on a Sunday to only a couple of tables, which means we are getting a huge about of wastage.
We have made endless calls & emails to BT to get this resolved but keep getting a different person every time with different answers. Nobody is listening or doing anything about it. I can't tell you how many times we have been told that we will be phoned back with updates & never do, and the emails i have sent have never been answered!
Is there anyone out there that can help us as we can't carry on like this, it's crippling our business. We are losing so much money (which we CANNOT afford) & customers are going elsewhere because they think we're in financial trouble. Three pubs a week close down & at this rate we will be next!
