No mention of engineer appointment in order timeline
I have set broadband/landline activation date installation date set for Tuesday 16th June. and engineer will be needed to set up line. is why have been waiting since March for phone & broadband there was not sure if still is a outdoor fault.and with the whole lock down engineer hasn't been able to enter the home so its been delayed until June . My new home doesn't have en existing phone line so new one is needed.
