I can well imagine, and after 195 days I am back on. Yet my joy seriously dampened when so far they only want to reimburse my line rental, not the monthly phone and bb payments(i was told not to stop) nor my lifeline payments (I'm disabled) only a goodwill gesture that wouldnt even cover my mobile costs! Pathetic!

You didnt get the money you paid each month for your services when you didnt actually have any???? WTF.

 

This better not happen to me! I've been told a few times I will get it back as credit.

They reconnected us around Day 52 - we were away, but they told us so. A few days later we came back to find it was indeed working.

 

Yes, we've just learned that the the compensation on offer is very small indeed for so much inconvenience.
