Order Still Showing as in progress

I transferred to BT phone & Infinty 1 on Monday 2nd February with no problems, phone and broadband working fine.

I am trying to log in to my account to add caller display to my phone but it will not let me amend my call features as my order still shows as in progress? Is this normal and will it resolve itself?

Hi,
I tried that, they suggested phoning customer services which I am trying to avoid!
