Hi there I ordered a 2nd phone line for my residence as my main line is for my business, i keep getting the run around it been passed to the servy team all the time or its becoming a joke as it will be almost 3 months soon, why is this taking so long when there is already a phone line at my place.
I assume this for an additional line from BT Retail and your original business line is from BT Business?
Perhaps Openreach do not have any spare line plant available?
Is it with the Openreach survey team?
it has been with the Openreach survey team for 2 months now and they have still not come out to even check if i can even get it.
I have asked a moderator to provide assistance, they will post an invite on this thread.
They are the only BT employees on this forum, and are based in the UK.

I'm sorry there's been problems getting the second line installed. Can you just confirm the order is with BT retail? Do you have an order reference (please don't post it) beginning VOL - ?
