Just an update i have recieved my £125 Card, thank you very much for this. As previously mentioned, and agreed, i have still not received my £40 M&S Card.

Thanks for posting back!

 

Sorry it's taking so long for you to receive the M&S voucher.  I know that there is a delay with these being sent out at the moment.  Can you hold off until this day next week and if you still haven't received it we will chase it for you at that stage.

Hi @DanielS you have my details, it’s been checked, it’s been confirmed, it’s been mentioned that await your card, check this thread it will tell you all you need to know.

Still awaiting MS Vouchers as previously agreed.

With all due respect, back in touch with you as soon as we can has been promised so many times before it’s kinda not with saying, I like to know dates, times etc when I’m dealing with BT as they inevitably fail.

@chuttonx I'm really sorry that you're M&S voucher hasn't arrived. The moderation team do not store your details indefinitely for security reasons. If you provide your info via the contact the mods link that @DanielS mentioned we'll be happy to help you get this sorted.
