Phone and broadband

Hi my broadband and phone have been down for over two weeks.  Dispute contracting bt many times been given 5 different dates, no engineers have turned up. I'm at my wits end I do not know what else I can do. Bt really don't seem to care about their customers. Any suggestions?

I have asked a moderator to provide assistance, they will post an invite on this thread.
They are the only BT employees on this forum, and are based in the UK.

@raydee10  thanks for taking my call this evening.

I'm really glad we have been able to get this fault fixed for you. I don't know if I could have gone without broadband for as long as you did.

Hi Matt.

Thanks for your help, With mobiles the phone is not too bad, but without broadband it's very difficult, no catch up TV, no bt sport. Thanks once again.
