Phone fault

Reported a phone fault online on 17 December. 

Heard nothing.

Tracking fault it says it's been completed but no one has contacted me. I have a new fault number now.

no dial tone

checked with two phones no dialtone

checked test socket no dial tone 

tried chat keep getting cut off. Phone line no good as cost too much on mobile.

any help would be much appreciated. Thanks.

Hi @Roy5,

I am sorry to hear that your fault is ongoing. You can call our help desk on 0800800150 and ask for our faults department. 0800 numbers should be free to dial from UK mobile phones within the UK.

To get in touch with us, click on my user name, view profile, and then copy and paste the link under "Moderation Team Email Address" into your browser.  Complete that form and we'll get back in touch with you. It may take us 1-2 working days before we can get back to you.

Hi @Roy5 thanks for sending in your details, I am sorry for all the problems you've had in getting this sorted.

I was able to pick up a fault on my end so I have sent this to our suppliers. It might them a few days to update us but I'll get back to you as soon as I can.

Hi @Roy5 I called and left a message. The engineer was able to find a fault and going by his report the fault has been fixed.

Could you get back to me either here on by replying to my email, and if there's still a problem I'll get it investigated further?
