Hopefully On Tuesday 20/08/13 at 5pm/17:00 the fault should be fixed that what it said under fault tracking phone in my bt account. Any one know if bt do fixed the faults by the date and time given?

Phone and broadband has been restored now the really nice bt engineer said the line from the cabinet to the bt exchange had been disconnected and yet we has not upgraded or cancel our home or broadband service with bt so I might look into this mind you the cabinet has been upgraded for bt infinity so I wonder whoever did it forgot to reconnect our line must have been a **bleep** up somewhere anyway the fault is now solved.

a link cable goes between the two cabinets and it is only used when a customer orders infinity all other lines are unaffected by the fibre cabinet ikt sounds more likeit was a faulty connection
