Poor service - On and off connection for 3 months but always get a bill on time!

For 3 months now our phone line has been on and off, some times for days at a time! Reported the fault (several times), gets cleared as resolved but time and again again we have no connection to the ouside world. One thing I have noticed BT can always get the bill out on time. Being in the sticks we have no option but to use BT, anyone got any suggestions as to how we actually get BT to sort this out?

repost on the speed /conenction board with your router stats and btspeedtester results and someone will try and help

Cheers fro suggestion but is not a BB issue! Just ongoing phone issue. BT do not provide BB services out our way as we live in a rural community. Our BB is provided by ourselves. I just want/need a phone line that works.

Nope, nothing for our area listed!!! But thanks once again for the pointers. As far as I can make out BT are just pants in service provision and as they have us by the 'short and curleys' they have no pressing need to sort out the problems experienced here 😞

If you have your own broadband service, could you use VOIP and dispense with BT?
