Postcode match

I have an issue that no one seems to be able to resolve. My postcode apparently doesnt match my landline number on the BT Openreach Data base which means I can’t switch users or get any sort of broadband can anyone help I have tried “online chat with BT, emailing etc but still no resolution

They are the only BT employees on this forum, and are based in the UK.

Hi @J-d-b I have just picked up your details, thanks for that.

I have sent this off to get your address updated. It currently take around 10 days, but I have re-opened your complaint and it'll not be closed until this is all sorted, please don't worry.
