Call Diversion and Caller Redirect are two different features - the first is easy to cancel, the second impossible, or so it seems.
I've been trying to get rid of Caller Redirect (c£30 per quarter) for 5 years now, without success.
I hate BT.

To remove call diversion you want the Loyalty or Value team.To remove caller redirect it's the billing team.
