I had bt installed yesterday. Now phone line will not receive calls! Was working fine before. Now have to stay home on weds for an engineer to visit! Customer service is pathetic! As others have said, you can't simply talk to someone in uk. Its all online to india! Tried ringing 150, automated message says we are busy, you will be answered in 10 to 20 minutes! Waited 12 minutes and gave in. Absolutely pathetic customer service!  Just joined and already regretting it. Wont renew next year!

Hi for your future information you need to call faults on 151 not the sales number 150 you can also report faults on line using the BT.com website
