Hi @petermann3 Welcome to the forum and I've moved your post to create your own thread as that's the best thing to do. Can you confirm that you are a BT Retail customer for your phone line and that your address is listed on the Royal Mail webiste.

@petermann3 No sorry we can't help with any service issues you're having, you will need to contact your supplier Talk Talk directly and if necessary they will raise this with Openreach if there is a problem with the network records.
