Hi, 2 engineer appointments missed by BT, 2 days off work sitting on my **bleep** for 6 hours waiting for them, thousands of endless phone calls through my mobile as I have been without a phoneline or broadband or tv for nearly 2 months now.

 

They can´t do anything, they can´t be trusted, I´m exausted or trying to sort out something when the company can´t be bothered.

 

How do we know they log our complaints?how do we know something is actually happening?

 

If anyone can provide me with a number where I can at least try to sort it out it would be much appreciated.

 

A desperate and muchly dissapointed customer

If you would like to contact one of the UK based BT Care Team who moderate this forum, they should be able to help you.

 

They can be contacted using this link BT Care Team

 

They normally respond by phone or e-mail, within three working days, however you should get an immediate confirmation, with a tracking number.
