I have the smart hub 2 and digital voice will not work.  The hub manager says phone Not Configured.  Phone registers but “no voice service on the hub”

5 faults raised to date none closed by me, all the same problem.  3 new hubs, phones replaced....
6 hours on my mobile to BT across 5 weeks!

does anyone know how to get an actual engineer to visit my apartment to fix this???!!!
