I also have this problem, when I originally got fibre optic broadband with but, this issue arise, and after 4 months of stress I was eventually in fibre optic, I was assured by BT this had been resolved, but I am now again aware that openreach still do not have the correct address linked to my landline number, I really need this continual problem resolved. Can anyone help. Thank you

Sorry this problem has been going on for so long. As your landline is with BT Retail we can send this off to get the address updated on Openreach's side.
