Hi,I am getting the same problem with Witheld Number,I have tried cancelling the witheld number 3 times through the 0800800353 number and each time the contact says it has been done,but the witheld is still showing.
This is for My mother in law who is in her 90s and can't do it herself.Getting a bit fed up now,hope you can help out.
