I pass my PCP everyday. The PCP has both right & left extensions fitted.
The bottom double-door lock, is only sporadically locked.
Is this an acceptable work practice ?

I strongly encourage everyone to ALWAYS report this kind of thing as dangerous to Openreach, just use your usual over reacted nonsense about how some kid with every illness known to man might die if they go within 100 miles of it. This way you’re helping an Openreach Engineer earn some extra money on a nice easy little call out. 👍

What you have to ask yourself is; how much of my valuable, unpaid time, is going to be consumed dealing with a BT/OPENREACH Problem.
1. Is the PCP secure. Yes, at least one of the locks is actuated. IT'S LOCKED.
2. Between reporting a transient problem to BT/OPENREACH, and an Engineer arriving to address the situation. Another Engineer will have opened & closed the PCP anyway, as part of the general work process.
3. Repeat Faults are the demise of the Balance Sheet.
