Hi I got my broadband and WiFi set up yesterday, the WiFi is working fine but my telephone is not working at all?
Yes I’ve tried that I think there’s a problem with the line.
Did you run the BT Line test?
If so, where did it say the fault was?

When I click the link it says not connected, the engineer yesterday said it’s a lone fault and would fix it later on he did come but it’s not working.
