Still not fixed, over 5 weeks in.

 

Hardly any internet tonight, phone crackling (weather is bad outside).

 

One of the mods tried to contact me, but I work during the day and its hard to take personal calls, and he didn't give me a number to call him back on.

 

I'm now talking to the Complaints Review Service.

 

OpenReach are totally failing to do what they are meant to do.

Hi Lightbody,

 

Really sorry that you are having problems with your line.  I am out of the office at the moment but I will ensure that this is picked up tomorrow and contact is made.  We don't have a direct number so that you can call us on but if you are unavailable for a chat then we can email. 

 

What time will you be available tomorrow?  Perhaps we can try and reach you when you are available.

I'll do my best to answer my mobile when you call, between 12 and 1 is probably the best shot though, or first thing (before 9).
