Still not fixed, over 5 weeks in.
Hardly any internet tonight, phone crackling (weather is bad outside).
One of the mods tried to contact me, but I work during the day and its hard to take personal calls, and he didn't give me a number to call him back on.
I'm now talking to the Complaints Review Service.
OpenReach are totally failing to do what they are meant to do.
