Dear Sir,

We are carrying out excavation works for a proposed classroom extension at Allerton Primary School, Lingfield Approach, Leeds. LS17 7LH, we've exposed what appears to be a fibre obtic cable, Virgin Media came to site and claimed it's a BT cable. Please can you send an engineer to site to identify if this is a live or reduntant cable asap please. This is now holding up our excavations works and effecting progress to what is already a very tight programme of works. I'd apreciate your help and swift response regarding this matter.

Many thanks,

Richard Smith. Evora Construction Ltd. **Edited**

@Richard_Smith2018

this is a community forum for residential customers of BT Retail.  your post does not go to BT and there is no contact from this forum to openreach who are responsible for the cables
