Trouble with the BT 2500 Single Phone (Digital Cordless Phone With Answering Machine) HELP Please!

Hi Everyone,

Our phone seems to have frozen. Yesterday we had the power off so we could have an electrical repair but when we went back to the phone it's completley frozen!? It just says "Power Cut. Set Time/Date". However, when you press the buttons on the phone nothing with happen it's just completley frozen. Also when you put the phone back on the Answering Machine base it normally makes a bleeping sound but does not do that anymore. Does anyone else know or have had these problems before? We'd be very grateful for some help!

Try taking the batteries out of the phone, then putting them back in.

If that fails, then reset the base station.

Where are the batteries located in the phone and how do you re-set the base station? Sorry we don't know a lot about this.
