Re: Trying to report faulr on my landline

Provided you are a BT Retail customer, then ringing 0800 800 151, should enable you to report a fault.

If you still have problems, then post back here.

Re: Trying to report faulr on my landline

I have asked a moderator to provide assistance, they will post an invite on this thread.
They are the only BT employees on this forum, and are based in the UK.

Re: Trying to report faulr on my landline

All faults will be passed to Openreach, whichever provider you use. Its possible that the reporting system was down.

The fault reporting line is 24/7, but is likely to be busier later on.

The moderators normally start at 0800 and deal with any requests in strict order.

First, I would try the fault reporting number again now.
