Turn off call protect

i want to totall turn turn off call protect. 

I have followed every suggestion and link in the chats and have been unsuccessful.

can anyone help please

Can't you just delete it im "MyBT" ?

Altrnatively turn all options to allow.

In other words, the opposite of all my settings which block all options, viz :-

yeah you would think wouldn’t you, but there isn’t a switch off/Disable button

i dont have a black list

The options don’t state, “allow” they just have a box to tick so;

Your blacklist settings

Choose which types of calls to send to your junk voicemail.

Calls from blacklisted numbers

Send all calls from your blacklisted numbers to your junk voicemail. TICK OR UNTICK

Other call types - choose which types of calls you want to receive

Withheld numbers - tick/untick
Unrecognised numbers - tick/untick
International calls- tick/untick
