I am unable to connect to the Sky helpline on 03442 414141.
It was OK a couple of days ago but now when I dial the number after some time I receive the message there is a fault.
I can contact other numbers perfectly and I can connect using my mobile but that is expensive as there is a long queue.8-((
Does anyone have any idea why this could be as I have spoken to a BT technician who said to try in a couple of day's time but the fault is still there?
Solved! Go to Solution.
Why not ask the question on the Sky forum, as I am sure others would have the same problem?
I assume you are just using the Sky satellite service?
Who provides your mobile ? I'm with BT and also have an EE number, both of which include calls to 01,02 and 03 numbers as part of my inclusive minutes.
Sky also have an online chat system or a forum you could try.
Thanks very much for the replies.8-))
I can't use the Sky app as it is only for mobiles and I never connect to the net with my mobile.
Yes, I can ask on the Sky forum, I'll try that, thanks.
I'm with Vodaphone on a pay as you go contract so the charges are prohibitive, so if it isn't fixed very soon I will use Skype as that is a lot cheaper.
I'm not being tight I'm just wealth challenged at the moment.8-))
The real problem is why cannot I connect using my BT phone?
