I know I've posted about this issue before but my problem is that I'm spending so much time on dealing with the problems caused by having my bank account hacked*** that I'm going around in circles. I can't even access the PMs from Moderators.
When I tried to log into MyBT just now it rejected my password and then asked me to provide the reference number shown on my bills, along the lines of ER123456789.
As far as I know, I'm paperless regarding BT bills - I certainly haven't had a bill from BT for ages - and when I look at my bill on line and am happy with it, I delete it.
So how in hades can I now provide the reference number on a bill that I no longer have.
Is there a way I can check if I am paperless?
Is there any other way for me to get this or to log into MyBT. If I can't, I'm in real trouble.
