I am paying about £7 a month for Unlimited Anytime Calls but I can still see I am being charged for calls to local landline numbers? I can't see a reason for this?
Speak to the billing team, they can check if the call charges are incorrect, they'll refund you if they are and raise what's known as a 'Data Integrity' case to make sure the issue is fixed.
The number is 0800 800 150 or 150 from any BT landline.
