We've been having difficulties for weeks and no one in India seems to understand the problem! First, BT wrongly cut off one of our numbers, losing our fax and broadband in the process. We were then given another new number to replace the old one. Broadband and fax are now on this line.
The old number has been reinstated but not INSTEAD OF the new number we were given. All we want is for the fax and broadband to be reconnected to the original number that BT wrongly cut off.
Chris should be with you shortly, I am sure he can sort it out for you provided you are a Residential customer..

Managed to get this one sorted out. Got the line connected in error stopped which freed up the number and then got it applied back where it should have been in the first place.

Thanks for the update. I think its a good idea to let forum members know the outcome, as it will give people more confidence, that problems will be sorted
