On Thursday my Mother in Laws phone line ceased to operate. I reported the fault. Later I phoned to find out what was happening and was told it would be next Tuesday before it was fixed, I was unhappy with given the fact that she is 97 years old and on her own so I stayed on the line and got through to India. I was listened to with great empathy and the fault was raised to an emergency repair. I had a phone call from the case manager and by noon on Friday the engineer had called twice, the fault fixed and a couple of phone calls to my MIL to make sure all was ok.
