I want to make a serious complaint about the way you have treated me as a customers and the way you approached this matter. As a bluechip company am surprised with the poor customer service you offered to me.
1. I was promised by a male agent that someone will contact me a month ago to investigate my bill and my broadband issue / upgrade i had asked for which was meant to be applied. Your agent promised to give a call back but no one contacted me.
2. I was contacted by another female customer service agents about the outstanding of £65.01. I explained to your agent that i was not happy with the way my bills were adding up as it made no sense. I also explained i dont use my broadband as i only come to the house during the week and most weekend am away....how can my broadband usage exceed when i never use the connection.. I use my iPhone data when browsing the internet. The agent continued to demand the money before she can investigate the matter. after a whole hour nothing was resolved....
This angers me, you cause the issue yet i have to pay for the privilege for the investigation how does that work? Your agent quoted a 5day SLA and again no one contact me. How poor is your service. You then go on to threaten to terminate my contract. So now i have logged two complaint with no solution from BT. Its becoming a common theme with BT not to resolve my issues. IF i was with Virgin Media like my friends and family i wouldn't have this issue.
So today I received your letter BT threatening to cut me off, I can't call you guys from land-line and i can't afford to ring you from a mobile. So am in catch 22 situation here.THANK YOU BT
You have compromised my safety. I live away from home and my parents cannot contact me via the home phone. Also I have to go into uni just to complete my work... I'm not a heavy user of the broadband service yet you guys are claiming i am. So has someone hacked my broadband? using my service? i don't know this is why i rang you guys for help.
YET you send me a threatening letter. Why BT, do you usually bully your customers this way? your future potential promoters of your company? or you turning me into a detractor?
On top of it from day one you messed me about when installing the broadband and the telephone line making me wait but i still gave BT a chance even though you took my payment up front. So you steal my money and threaten me?
Now i would appreciate a phone call back, I want good customer service. I also have the right to complain to ofcom about this too but would like to resolve this, some form of compensation for the mishap and misunderstand from your advisers. This has caused agro between me and my dad...and this is not what i expect from BT. I have given you my hard earned cash and expect to be looked after.

Depends on their workload could be today or worst scenario a couple of days and yes you will receive a reply.
They normally respond within three working days. Please keep a note of your tracking number, and watch your e-mail address.
They are based in the UK, and have a very good reputation.
