bt 3950 displays 'busy' ............................ALL SORTED

Hi, when trying to dial out on my BT3950 cordless phone the "busy" display comes up. I can still recieve incoming calls. Any help will be much appreciated!

Hi there, my mother in law is experiencing the same problem. We've tried calling from a corded phone and it works so it's not the line can you tell me what you did to fix it please?

Problems like this are normally sorted by one of two things.

Turn off the power to the base unit for a couple of minutes.

Remove the batteries from the phone for a couple of minutes.
