my mums phone is constantly crackling, broadband not working. Bt chat, fault found on the line. promised fixed by this wed. Had an email yesterday eve to say it had been fixd. Phoned mum to tell her but couldn't get through as the phone line still too crackly, no BB. Raised another fault, same thing has happened without any problems being resloved.
6 months ago she had the same issues which took 4 engineers and over 10 weeks to resolve....despite them being chanrged for full service....help please.
