how to escalate a complaint

My elderly parents have been without a landline for a month and live in an area with poor mobile signal, so are completely cut off. They and I have raised complaints but the problem has still not been fixed. I have also written to BT, but have not heard back from them. I am getting increasingly worried. Can anyone advise what I should do next?

I have asked a moderator to provide assistance, they will post an invite on this thread.
They are the only BT employees on this forum, and are based in the UK.

Hi @seagull123 welcome to the community and thanks for posting. I'm really sorry to see your parent's line is not fixed yet and I appreciate that's an awfully long time to have to wait for a repair if you send over their details we'll be happy to get this looked into.
