more unacceptable time frame for fault resolution - advice needed urgently

I am having similar issues Hours on mobile phones because no landline or broadband. Promised calls not received. 3 faults since 22 October and engineer promised  with last date given as 10 November but no show and no contact. Another 2 hours on mobile last night to BT and promised a call this morning. Yes I did get that call but because the engineer didnt arrive as scheduled we are now at the back of the queue ... Monday 16th! NOT GOOD ENOUGH!! Can claim £10. Great! Its cost me more than that on mobile calls!
