One of our clients ordered "BT phone line and broadband" about 6 month ago.
however, the installation hasn't been done at all, yet.
They sorted out wayleave issue a good 3 months ago.
But, still no sign of installation....
On top of it, everytime, they made an inquiry to BT,
BT local business said, it had been passed on to BT Openreach.
When they called BT Openreach, they just passed around their call, and then, eventually, the line was cut-off.
It's been like this for 2-3 months.
It would be great if somebody could tell us what the best way to sort out this problem is ?
This is a real nightmare for the business.
(Their shop is right next to Selfridges in bond street in London.)

The reason I posted here is, "business.forums.bt.com" doesn't look active, any more.
It would be great, if you could give us an idea where to seek help, in regartds to the issue ?
