payment plan

i had arranged a payment plan of 3 payments for my phone bill i was told this was fine.

 

today i got up at 8am to find i couldnt get onto the internet as my service had been suspended due to my last bill .. i paid it with my credit card and the internet was back on 

 

i then tried to call my doctor it wouldnt connect me to the doctor it connected me to bt can you please explain to me why it will take 48 hours earliest and up to 10 days till i can make any phone calls from my phone.

 

the payment plan was agreed by bt and today was my third payment date to disconect service when the plan date was still in force

 

Im a disabled person who has had to borrow my daughters mobile phone.
